ABOUT TERRA SÁVIA What are the choices we make as food and wine producers? What is our impact on consumers, the land we love and wildlife? How do we farm effectively and thoughtfully to supply our customers with products that are a good value?These were some of the fundamental questions we asked ourselves when we chose Terra Sávia as our brand name. It means Wise Earth. It is in that spirit that we offer high quality and traditionally made artisan wines, olive oils and honey. All are produced in small lots and batches from our own estate vineyard and orchard. When choosing the Terra Sávia brand you are also actively protecting wild life habitat, conserving heritage forest and range land and supporting small scale farming. |
